London based author Eva Holland's debut novel The Daughter's Secret is released in paperback April 7 with Orion, seeing her propelled into the ranks of Liane Moriarty and Louise Doughty as a writer of quality suspense fiction.

The book tells the story of a family in turmoil, following central character Rosalind six years after her daughter ran away with her teacher, with the novel opening eleven days before he's released early from prison. Readable, intelligent and emotionally charged, this domestic thriller demonstrates that Holland's an exciting and powerful new voice in the industry. Having won the 2014 Good Housekeeping novel competition and with The Daughter's Secret gaining great reviews from Goodreads followers and publications including The Sun and The Daily Mail, the name Eva Holland is one to watch out for.
